Walk details

We start on the path from Ladygrove to Long Whittenham, where along the stream we will enjoy our first coffee stop. We will set off again after about 15 mins and by-pass Long Whittenham to carry on along the path to North Moreton, where we will enjoy the second coffee stop in a copse. We will then carry on past the Hadden Hill golf course, crossing the A4130 into Hedges Farms where we will eventually head over the rail line. We will then take the path into East Hagbourne, where just before entering East Hagbourne we will have our lunch stop. We will then carry on into East Hagbourne to have our pub-stop at the Fleur De Lys, a charming 17th century pub featuring ‘Wibbly Wobbly Whippet’, their signature beer. We might even catch a glimpse of their resident whippet! Afterwards we will make the final journey back into Didcot train station. Please remember to bring your thermos with tea/coffee or else just use the time to chill out!
