An easy-paced route around the many lakes at Dinton Pastures looking at the various wildlife.

Walk details
This walk will start at Winnersh station proceeding with a 1/2 mile of road walking before heading into explore the various lakes of Dinton Pastures country park & a section of the river Loddon.
The lakes at Dinton pastures are old gravel pits turned into a country park and nature reserve with lots of waterfowl and birdlife.
At the end of the walk there is an option to head to the Wheelwright Arms for drinks.

By public transport
If travelling from Reading, take the 18:39 train to London Waterloo which arrives at Winnersh at 18:49. The bus route 4/X4 from Reading also stops by Sainsburys which is a few minutes’ walk from Winnersh station.
By car
Winnersh station does not have a car park however nearby residential streets offer parking opportunities.
