Meet outside Henley on Thames station for an 11:00am start. The 10:18am train from Reading, changing at Twyford, arrives at 10:55am.  The walk leader will be on the train, so if the train is delayed, the start of the walk will be too.

We will begin by following the Thames Path to Hambledon Lock.  There, we will cross the river, and make our way to Fawley, where we will stop at the church to look at two mausolea, that are Grade II listed.  We will then head back to Henley via Lower Assendon and the golf course.  A lot of this walk is on good surfaces, however there are a couple of short, steep climbs. Possible pub stop either en route or back in Henley.  Please bring a packed lunch and something to drink.
