Join us for a day out to the Natural History Museum and come and see Hope the blue Whale – the new star attraction of Hintze Hall following the departure of Dippy the dinosuar.
For those travelling from/ through Reading, meet inside the main entrance at Reading Station at 9.30am and we can all travel together. Alternatively meet outside the main entrance to the museum on Exhibition road at 10.45am. The nearest tube station is South Kensington.

We’ll spend a lesiurely few hours at the museum, taking in numerous fossils and dinosaurs and exploring the amazing diversity of current life on earth. Entrance to the musueum is free, however there are several specialist exhibitions currently running which charge for admission (see website for more information). The organiser does not plan to visit these but should you wish to please organise individually in advance or check on the day.
Following the museum visit, we will walk back to Paddington via a pleasant route through Hyde Park. There will be a café stop on the way. We will finish the afternoon in a pub near Paddington so people can depart when they are ready.
