A reprise of a BW classic walk previously made famous by Naomi. This will take in Newbury’s Secret Garden, Hamstead Moor, with lovely scenery around Speen Moor, Benham Park and the village of Enborne in between!

Advance booking is not required, but if you plan on attending this walk, please indicate this on Meetup if you can, so others can see that there will be plenty of people going.

Pace: medium.

Walk details

This walk will start by heading out along the Kennet & Avon Canal before departing it onto the Lambourn Valley Way and through Speen Moor.

There will be a brief bit of road walking on the A4 before we head through Benham Park and eventually arrive at Hamstead Park, aka the Secret Garden!

After meandering through the Park, we will exit and head towards Enborne and then through some residential streets back into the centre of Newbury where the walk will conclude.
