Pub and Pie – The Catherine Wheel, Newbury

Feel Free to join us for a quiet drink (or more!) at this lovely pub in Newbury, starting from 6pm.
The Catherine Wheel is a short 5 minutes walk or so from Newbury railway station.
We have enjoyed several visits here in the last year and it’s definitely worthy of a social in it’s own right.
The organiser aims to head to the pub straight from work but if the start time is a bit early, we will probably be here until at least 10pm so join us later on.
For those wishing to eat, the pub has a good selection of pies available, although please order in groups to ease pressure on the kitchen.
Please note that the pub only serves pies. If you don’t like pie please eat before hand so you won’t be disappointed and go hungry!

If you like ale or gin then this is a pub social not to miss! Other drinks are also available.
