This 9.5-mile circular walk from Slough takes us from the town to the spires of Eton and back, via parkland, riverside and fields.

Walk details

A walk of contrasts! After making our way through the urban jungle of Slough, we’ll hit parkland with autumn colours and views of Windsor Castle, then head along the Jubilee and Thames rivers. After lunch, there’s the option of a pub stop in Eton, before we go back to Slough station. Most of this walk is paths which should not be too muddy but there are a couple of fields so expect wet grass, cows etc and wear suitable footwear.
