Yesterday 11 members of the group attended a first aid course funded by Berkshire Area Ramblers. We were reminded by our first aid instructor just how important having emergency contact details / medical details available to first aiders / emergency services really is.
Mobile Phone
Thankfully the technical wizards have invented a way that you can store this information on your mobile phone which is accessible in case of emergency. Please take a moment to cross check your information is up to date even if you have done this previously.
